1. Returns Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Nails that have been applied, worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
• Original packaging and included accessories must be returned when applicable.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email us at shangruiw4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.
• Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
• Use a tracked shipping service when returning your order.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

• Returned items will be inspected after we receive them.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
• Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or other suitable solution.

5. Exchanges

We do not normally offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style, size, or design, you may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

6. Important Note

Due to hygiene considerations, press-on nails that have been applied or worn cannot be returned.

Return eligibility may vary depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.
